Your use of any of Just One Chesed's services including our Software as a Service (SaaS) or web site(s) (collectively, the "Just One Chesed Service") and any information, text, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Just One Chesed Service (collectively referred to as "Content") is subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") in effect at the time of your use. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Agreement entered into between Just One Chesed, Inc. and the Customer and/or Donor (referred to as “user”, “you”, “your”).
