On February 11, 2021, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed a Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) among PJM, Syncarpha GEMS, LLC (Syncarpha), and Atlantic City Electric Company (ACE), designated as Original Service Agreement No. 5978.1 PJM states that it is submitting the WMPA for filing because Syncarpha intends to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets from a generating facility connected to ACE’s distribution facilities. PJM also requests that the WMPA be accepted effective August 10, 2020.
