This DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made on or as of the day of November, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF NORMAN, OKLAHOMA, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Milestone Property Development, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Developer”). The City and Developer are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
