(the “Company”) is pleased to provide you with the following enterprise value sharing award (the “Award”) pursuant to the terms of the Plan and this letter (this “Award Agreement”). The Award provides you an opportunity to earn a cash payment (less applicable taxes and withholdings) in the amount of $20,000 . Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Award Agreement have the meanings set forth in the Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto as Annex B.
