Customer is at least 25 years of age and accepts full responsibility of any and all damages, parking tickets, and vehicle violation in regards to said vehicle regardless of fault. Any payment due hereunder shall be due and payable, in full at the time the customer picks up his/her vehicle from repairs. Customer is responsible to report any and all damages to the vehicle while in use.
