In consideration of Eastman Chemical Company, Texas Operations permitting the Group/Class, hereafter collectively referred to as "PARTICIPANT" to enter its Nature and Wildlife Habitat Center, hereafter referred to as "ACTIVITY," I hereby release Eastman Chemical Company, Texas Operations, its directors, agents, employees, shareholders, and officers from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I or anyone in my Group/Class ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my or my Group/Class' heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against Eastman Chemical Company, Texas Operations, its directors, agents, employees, shareholders, or officers, arising out of or in any way connected with the ACTIVITY, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, or claims for wrongful death, caused by the ACTS, OMISSIONS OR NEGLIGENCE of Eastman Chemical Company, Texas Operations, its directors, agents, employees, shareholder
