The Parties to this Northwest Recharge, Recovery, and Delivery System (NWRRDS) Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) are the Metropolitan Domestic Water Improvement District, an Arizona domestic water improvement district (“MDWID”); the Town of Marana, an Arizona municipal corporation (“Marana”); and the Town of Oro Valley, an Arizona municipal corporation (“Oro Valley”).
