For the purposes of the relevant Call-Off Contract any reference in the terms and conditions below to (i) “Client” shall be deemed to refer to the “Buyer”, (ii) any reference to “Moody’s” shall be deemed to refer to the “Supplier” and (iii) any reference to “Information” shall be deemed to refer to the G-Cloud Services.
