This Contract is made upon the signing of the parties by and between the City Commission of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the City, and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, and Fowler, O'Quinn, Feeney & Sneed, P.A., authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, whose address is Empire Building, 28 West Central Boulevard, 4th Floor, Orlando, FL 32801, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor. In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor will provide legal services for the City of Cocoa Beach as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, of this Contract, attached hereto and by reference, made part hereof.
