This Refer-a-Friend Terms of Service (referred to in these Refer-a-Friend Terms of Service as this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and condi- tions under which the Utherverse Refer-a-Friend Program (referred to in this Agreement as the “Refer-a-Friend Program”) operates. The par- ties to this Agreement are you and Utherverse. By participating in the Refer-a-Friend Program you expressly agree to be bound by and follow all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you cannot participate in the Refer-a- Friend Program.
