THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date by and between TRC Environmental Corporation, hereinafter called "CONSULTANT", and the City of Farmers Branch, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY".
