This Extension to the Lease Agreement entered into this 30th day of August, 2021 between Owens Real Investments, LLC (the “Lessor”) and Santa Rosa County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “Lessee”), for the purpose of extending the term of the Lease Agreement originally entered into on the 8th day of September 2020.
