This Public Agreement (the Agreement) defines the terms of the telecommunications services provided on the basis of alphanumeric identifiers used for the provision of the Inform Plus service by Kcell JSC, hereinafter referred to as "Operator", to any person who has joined and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "Client". The Client and the Operator are hereinafter referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party" or as stated above.
