Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the date of the last party’s execution herein below (the “Lease Agreement Date”), by and between WILLIAMSON COUNTY, a Texas political entity (“Williamson County”, “Owner” or “Landlord”) and CITY OF GEORGETOWN, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“Georgetown”, “City” or “Tenant”), related to the lease by Georgetown of certain real property owned by Williamson County, for the purposes of the development and use of such property as a public parking area. Williamson County and Georgetown are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
