Contract Type FiledJune 3rd, 2021The undersigned, parties to an Unimproved Property Contract, effective February 8, 2021, and amended by a First Amendment to Unimproved Property Contract, effective April 29, 2021, (together referred to as the “Contract as Amended”) betweenthe Burleson 4A Economic Development Corporation, a Texas economic development corporation (“Buyer”), and Hooper & Company, a Texas corporation (“Seller”), for the sale and purchase of approximately 92 acres in the City of Burleson, Johnson County, Texas, which is more particularly described in the Contract as Amended, mutually agree (i) with the statements set forth in the Recitals, and (ii) to amend the Contract as Amended through the execution of this Second Amendment to Unimproved Property Contract (“Second Amendment”) as set forth herein.
