Randolph, Chicago , Illinois 60606, in its capacity as a certified provider of local dial-tone service ("ACSI"), and GTE North Incorporated, a Wisconsin corporation, having an office for purposes of this Agreement at 600 Hidden Ridge Drive, Irving, Texas 75038 ("GTE"), in its capacity as an incumbent local exchange carrier. This Agreement covers services only in the State of Ohio (the "State").
