This License Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (the “Agreement”), effective as of , 2011, is made in Canton, Ohio, between Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. (“Goodwill”) with an address as set forth under its signature line for this Agreement, below, and the service provider agencies signing below as “EA Silo Members.” Goodwill and the EA Silo Members signing below may sometimes collectively be referred to as the “Parties,” and any one of them may sometimes be referred to as a “Party.”
