In consideration of acceptance of the lease agreement or being granted permission to use the Emo-LaVallee Community Centre and/or Arena and realizing there are inherent risks or dangers in using or carrying on activities in this type of building. I/We or our organization or corporation agree to save harmless and keep indemnified, the Corporation of the Municipality of Emo and the Corporation of the Municipality of LaVallee, it’s organizers and their respective agents, officials, servants, and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, and expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to our personal or business property, howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with my/our taking part in any activity and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies or any of them, their agents, officials, servants, or representatives.
