THIS AGREEMENT, effective July 1, 2012, is made between and among Adams-Arapahoe 28J (Aurora Public Schools), Arapahoe County School District No. 6 (the Littleton Public Schools), Cherry Creek School District No. 5 (Cherry Creek Schools), School District No. 1 in the City and County of Denver (Denver Public Schools), and Douglas County School District RE-1 (Douglas County Schools), collectively referred to hereafter as “the sponsoring districts,” to create a board of cooperative educational services for the purpose of operating an expeditionary learning school, the Rocky Mountain School of Expeditionary Learning (“RMSEL”).
