We are glad you have chosen CPL Retail Energy, LP (hereafter referred to as “CPL”, “we” or “us”) to be your Retail Electric Provider (“REP”). This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) explains CPL’s responsibilities and rights as your Electric Provider and your rights and responsibilities as our customer. This Agreement includes your Electricity Facts Label (“EFL”) and Your Rights as a Customer.
