This rental agreement is made by and between the Parochial Council of St George’s Church (PCC) and : (Name) (Hereinafter called The Renting Party). The PCC and The Renting Party collectively may be referred to as the “Parties”. The PCC have delegated management of the Hall to a Parish Hall Manager and a Caretaker (The Management).
