This Funding and Reimbursement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 15thday of June, 2015 (Effective Date), by and between the Pittsburg Housing Authority, a public body corporate and politic (Housing Authority) and the Pittsburg Arts and Community Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation (PACF). The Housing Authority and the PACF are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
