This MASTER GROUND LEASE (“Lease”) is made , 2013, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”) and RELATED/Griffin, a California limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as “TENANT”) without regard to number and gender. The term “COUNTY” shall mean the Board of Supervisors of the political body that executed this agreement or its authorized representative.
