This Agreement is executed in the English and Russian languages in three valid originals having equal force, shall become effective upon the date of signing and shall be in full force until the Work, and all obligations have been fulfilled. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the English version shall prevail. One copy of the agreement in each language shall be given to SK, DCR and the Contractor.
