This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) governing the use of the Platform (as defined under the Agreement). This DPA is entered by and between you, either individually, or on behalf of your employer or any other entity which you represent (collectively, “you”, "your”, “Customer”), and RiversideFM, Inc. (“Riverside”, “us”, “we”, “our”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data by Riverside solely on behalf of the Customer. Both parties shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
