This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiffs GABRIEL GOMEZ and BARON QUIROS (“Plaintiffs”) and defendant WAHID OF PENNSYLVANIA LLC (“Defendant”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Defendant collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
