The Enterprise Charter School (“Enterprise”); Westminster Community Charter School (“Westminster”); and the Buffalo Public School Board of Education (“the BPS Board”) are parties to a settlement agreement in connection with the renewal of Enterprise’s and Westminster’s charters and the monitoring of those schools between July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024. This offering is to select the Charter School Advisor to the Board (“the Advisor”) discussed therein. In general, the Advisor shall serve as a consultant to the BPS Board. The Advisor will liaise between the charter schools and the Board, and report on the charter schools’ progress towards meeting the renewal conditions delineated in Appendix A of the Settlement Agreement.
