We refer to the Administration Arrangement (the Arrangement), dated March 13, 2009, between the International Development Association, (IDA) and the Minister for Development Cooperation of Netherlands (Minister) (the Donor) for the above mentioned Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Rural Economic Development and Food Security in Ethiopia (MDTF). We also refer to a recent discussion between IDA and the Donor for specific amendments to the Arrangement.
