THIS Graduate Medical Education Resident Training Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and executed as of the date set forth in the Agreement Summary Section (which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement), by and between the SOUTH BROWARD HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a Memorial Healthcare System, a special taxing district of the State of Florida (“Memorial), and the individual identified as the Resident in the Agreement Summary Section (“Resident”). Memorial and the Resident may collectively be referred to hereafter as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
