This SoFi Bank Prepaid Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which the prepaid card account (the “Card” or the “Card Account”) has been issued to you by SoFi Bank, National Association. “You” and “your” means the company who has directly or indirectly established this Card Account, including any Authorized User. “Authorized User” means any individual you have authorized to receive and use access devices to the Card Account, as provided for in this Agreement. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean collectively, SoFi Bank, National Association, a federally- chartered bank, member FDIC (“SoFi Bank”), and also includes, unless otherwise indicated, our Program Manager. “Program Manager” refers to Galileo Financial Technologies, LLC, who performs certain services related to your Card on SoFi Bank’s behalf. “Corporate Sponsor” means the company who has directly or indirectly established this Card for the purpose of disbursing funds to you.
