Mrs. Bilbrey owns and operates a small ranch East of Milnesand, NM on the NM/TX state line. The ranch supports many Lesser Prairie Chickens (LPC), as CEHMM’s annual Spring surveys have detected multiple leks on the ranch. The ranch is also bordered on all four sides by the Sandhills Prairie Chicken Area (PCA), which also supports many LPC throughout the year.
