GRANTEE will be responsible for the setup, the day-to-day operations and property maintenance, as well as the provision of programs and services administered at the Emergency Interim Housing (“EIH”) site operating as an Emergency Non- Congregate Shelter (“NCS”) on site as described in this agreement. The provision of these operations and services are to provide a coronavirus disease (“COVID-19”) – related response during the public health emergency, and to provide program and services as emergency Bridge Housing Communities (“BHC”) after the public health emergency.
