This Online Access Agreement ("Agreement") for accessing your accounts via BankPacific’s MyOnlineBanking explains the terms and conditions governing the following online services: banking, bill pay and other banking services offered through BankPacific Online Services (collectively, "MyOnlineBanking"). The accounts that may be accessed via MyOnlineBanking are specified accounts maintained with BankPacific, Ltd. By using MyOnlineBanking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this BankPacific Online Access Agreement. The terms "we," "us," "our," and "Bank" refer to BankPacific. "You" and "Your" refers to the account holder.
