This NFT Ownership License sets forth the terms of the agreement between you, on the one hand, and the Nina Chanel Abney (the “Artist”) and GODA, LLC (“GODA”), a Delaware limited liability company, on the other hand, with respect to your ownership and use of the digital work of fine art by the Artist to which this NFT Ownership License applies, as specified above (the “Artwork”).
