The International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT), a non-profit international organization constituted in Washington, D.C., by an agreement dated 28 May 1986 between the World Bank and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with its headquarters in Palmira, Colombia, and governed in Colombia by Law 29 of 1988, and part of the Alliance Bioversity‒CIAT since 1 January 2020, represented here by its Managing Director for the Americas, Joseph Tohme, or whoever is acting on his behalf (the “Organization”).
