This Services Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of this the 24th of May 2020, is made by and between the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, a California nonprofit corporation on behalf of its Rossier School of Education (“University” or “USC”) and Paramount Unified School District, (“DISTRICT”) (collectively, “parties” and individually “party”) with the intent to have the Center for Enrollment Research, Policy and Practice (“CERRP”) place a college adviser within (1) Paramount High School.
