entered into as of the 26th day of July, 2021, by and among Tyco Fire Products LP; Chemguard, Inc.; and ChemDesign Products, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”), and Plaintiffs Joan Campbell and Richard Campbell (collectively “Plaintiffs” or, interchangeably, the “Class Representatives”), on behalf of themselves and the Class Members,1 acting by and through Class Counsel.
