The Landscape Planning Subcommittee of the Future Growth Committee has developed a Landscape Plan for the Church that meets the requirements of the City of Dover Overlay Zone. This plan has been approved and covers all areas required by City regulations. Because of the lack of volunteers to maintain the landscaping, the plan emphasizes low maintenance trees, shrubs and groundcover. The plan minimizes the number of plants that require trimming and leaf raking and maximizes the area that can be maintained by mowing.
