This DocuSign Master Services Agreement for Public Sector Customers (“MSA”) is made between DocuSign, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“DocuSign”), and the customer identified on the Order Form or SOW (“Customer”), together referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”, as of the date of last signature below (the “MSA Effective Date”).
