Zions Business Online Banking is a banking and information service that allows Business Banking clients, via the Internet, to access a number of banking services (the “Services”) to manage their banking activity online. This Zions Business Online Banking Agreement sets forth certain terms and provisions governing the use of Zions Business Online Banking, The entire “Agreement” between you and ZB, N.A., dba Zions First National Bank governing Zions Business Online Banking will consist of this Zions Business Online Banking Agreement, the Application to which this agreement is attached, any Specifications for individual services, and the Online Banking Services Agreement that will be accepted online by your authorized users.
