, 2017 and will be effective as of the date set forth in Paragraph 5.d. below, by and between the Marriott-Slaterville City Community Reinvestment Agency (hereafter referred to as the “Agency”) and Weber County (hereafter referred to as the “Entity”). The Agency and the Entity may also be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
