These xMentium Software License Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") govern Customer’s acquisition and use of xMentium Inc.’s (“Supplier or Licensor”) software and related services. This Agreement is effective as of the date of Customer’s underlying purchase of Supplier’s Software by executing the applicable order form (the “Effective Date”). Supplier reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the applicable site. Continued use of Supplier’s software or service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
