GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS YLEISET EHDOT These GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Agreement”) are agreed to between Park Place Technologies, LLC, on behalf ofitself and its affiliates (“PPT”), and the undersigned, on behalf of itself and its affiliates (“Customer”). “Party” means PPT orCustomer. “Parties” means PPT and Customer.
