This Agreement is entered into between Independent School District No. 549, Perham, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the School District or District, and the Perham Education Association, hereafter referred to as the Exclusive Representative, pursuant to and in compliance with the Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971 as amended, hereinafter referred to as the P.E.L.R.A., to provide the terms and conditions of employment for teachers during the duration of this Agreement.
