Pursuant to Article XXIV:6, modifications to Annex 3 to Appendix I of the Agreement on Government Procurement (1994) concerning Japan were notified to the Committee on Government Procurement in document GPA/MOD/JPN/72 on 26 May 2014. As no objections to the proposed modifications were received within thirty days from the date of issue of the aforementioned document, it is hereby certified that these modifications became effective as of 25 June 2014.
