The provisions set forth hereunder shall apply in addition to those terms in the Purchase Order/Agreement (hereinafter “AGREEMENT”) or attached/referenced in the AGREEMENT and incorporated by reference. Seller hereby agrees to flow down the applicable FAR, DFARS, or other agency clauses to its lower-tier subcontractors as required.
