This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Representative Plaintiffs Theresa Lomas and Robin Taylor on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class and Health Insurance Associates, LLC (“Defendant”) to settle and compromise this action and settle, resolve, and discharge the Released Claims, as defined below, according to the terms and conditions herein.
