This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of January, 2022, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Emmet, Michigan, the Clerk, the Treasurer, the Register of Deeds, and the Prosecuting Attorney, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer”, and the United Steelworkers, AFL-CIO-CLC, on behalf of Local # 8384, hereinafter referred to as the "Union”.
