This Agreement is entered into between the City of Bloomington, Indiana, hereinafter referred to as "COB" and Local 2487 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFL-CIO AFSCME Council 962) Union, hereinafter referred to as "Union". It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to assure a sound and mutually beneficial working relationship between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly means of resolving any differences which may arise, and set forth herein the full and complete agreement between the parties.
