THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”), effective as of the 1st day of May, 2020 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between and the COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ORLANDO (“CRA”), an entity created pursuant to Part III of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes and SLEEVELESS CLEANERS LLC a Florida limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor".
